Strategically located in a 1960s pre-war building, this humble space was transformed into a luxe one-bedroom studio apartment with an open ensuite bathroom, and separate living & kitchen area. A pair of mild steel framed French-styled sliding doors cleverly separate the spaces for flexibility, amidst a rustic portal of exposed brick & plaster. Natural weaved sisal rugs, specially made & ordered from a village in the northern part of Vietnam, line the floor, a tactile reminder to the guest of how skilled the locals are with their hands.
