This urban hideout located in the central, busy district of Balestier was designed for an active couple looking for a clean, open space without sacrificing privacy. The planning of the main spaces were focused into the small, green park just outside the compound, blocking out the hustle and bustle of the chaotic world outside. With a purposefully subdued palette of grey hues and concrete, teamed with dark and natural woods throughout, the intent was to create a home infused with warmth with modern simplicity.
